In a 5 to 7 page paper, provide a broad outline of a grand strategy for United States' international relations, focusing on the next decade. Answer each of the following in your response:
-Should U.S. policy-makers approach international relations from one of the 3 perspectives? If so, which one and why? If not, what insights do you think each of the perspectives can provide for U.S. policy-makers?
-What are the greatest threats to U.S. national security likely to be in the next decades? What posture should the U.S. take with respect to the use of force in countering these threats?
-What impact will globalization have on U.S. grand strategy? How can the U.S. best obtain the benefits while mitigating the negatives of globalization?
