In a 2- to 3-page paper, explain the three classical approaches to organizations in your own words. Include the goals and the driving principles of each classical approach. Be sure to describe the connection between historical events and the development of each of the classical approaches to organizing. Cite any sources (including your course text and/or course Discussion postings) using APA style. In your paper, be sure to answer the following questions:
• What are the goals of this classical approach in general? In what other ways can an organization achieve those goals?
• In what kind of organization would this approach be most effective?
• Can you effectively use this classical approach in today's multicultural, diverse, global environment? Why or why not?
