Find a business leader that you admire, either living or dead.
Describe why this person interests you and answer the following questions:
a) What are the four functions of management (notice "leadership") and why are they important?
b) Who is the person you have chosen to writ about, what is this person's background and how did their previous life experiences prepare him or her for their role as a business leader?
c) What is/was this person's vision for their company or organization? Will/did their vision come to fruition?
d) Introduction and conclusion.
