There are four factors which determine the consumer behaviour is as follows:
Cultural: Culture, Sub Culture, and Social Class
Social: Reference group, Family, Roles & Status
Personal: Age & Stage in Motivation, Occupation and Economic Circumstances
Psychological: motivation, Perception, Learning and Personality.
