Your readings for the week revealed various aspects of the concepts of death with dignity and, the many sides of this controversy.
As part of your assessment, consider what has brought the individual to consider assisted dying as an option. Does such an option limit the rights of others who interact with the individual (including family and helping professionals) perhaps by pressuring them into accepting a decision that leaves them conflicted or may challenge their sense of compassion?
