o Create a form that will measure the essential elements (5 or so) from your RA2: Job Analysis job description.
o What are the essential functions of the job you have created?
o How will these functions be measured / assessed?
o What information will you use to determine how your employee is rated for a particular function?
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
