Discuss Reconstruction: America After the Civil War, What are the differences and similarities to the present (2022)? Consider the general role of film (not just this film), the Minstrel Shows and social media, as well as other forms of systemic racism in the sustaining oppression of African Americans. Include, for example, the connection of last week's documentary Slavery by Another Name?
