2. The observation I have made lately - the younger generation won't hesitate to make a job change at all. From either young employees leaving my organization or when reviewing resumes for job openings at my organization shorter periods of employment are not uncommon.
It is not all money related, important factors are also how flexible an organization is, if there is a pleasant working environment, room for advancement, and so on.

3. What are the definitions of culture and values? Which values are most important in today's professional world?
Speaking for my organization, while preparing for the accreditation we also reviewed our values - we formed a values committee, this committee was again, traveling to our different campuses and gathered info.
At the end, the committee identified a list of values our faculty, staff, students and other stakeholders felt were most important.
At our semiannual convocation the values' banner was signed by all faculty and staff and was then framed. I do walk by this banner every day on my way to my office and it almost always makes me think about the process we went to and how important these values are.
