You must write a 12 page term paper on a computer law following the below instructions. you must include a title page and a reference page. Your reference page must be written in APA citation style, Arial or Time New Roman styles, 12-point font. Your paper must be in your own words, representing original work. Paraphrases of othersâ work must include attributions to the authors. Limit quotations to an average of no more than 3-5 lines, and use quotations sparingly. It is always better to write the information in your own words than to directly quote.
The first part of the paper will consist of the Thesis and Background of the law that you have chosen to study.
A) Thesis: What are you researching (You must choose a specific law)? What is the position you want to take? B) Background: What is the existing point you want to challenge or support, and how did the law get to be that way?
The second part will consist of the Inadequacies and Adequacies of your chosen study.
C) Inadequacies: What are the deficiencies in the present way of doing things? What are the weaknesses in the argument you are attacking? D) Adequacies: Discuss the benefits of having the current law in place. E) Once you have discussed the adequacies and inadequacies you must write a new law. How will we have a better situation, mode of understanding or clarity of procedure with what you are advocating? In short, how can the law be improved (or not diminished)?
The final part of the paper will cover the Conclusion.
F) Conclusion: Why should we consider adopting this new law?
