b) Compare and contrast one or more of the programs to the traditional fee-for-service payment method
c) What are or would be the advantages and disadvantages of the current and proposed value-based or pay-for-performance programs and the traditional fee-for-service payment method to a physician provider in a small practice?
d) How important does it become to use health care data (big and small data and analytics) and how important is the quality of health care data in developing effective health care programs?
