What are the core ethical values that inform the activities

Assignment

EthicsGame- Core Values Board of Director's Assignment From time to time a company Board will want an educational session on matters of relevance to the company. Given the importance of maintaining an ethical culture as well as assuring compliance with relevant laws, the Board of Directors of G-BioSport has requested that the leadership team make a 20-minute presentation about the ethical climate of the company. In particular, the Board is interested in knowing:

1. What are the core ethical values that inform the activities of the company in all communities it serves;

2. How do those values get translated into action, especially from a reputation lens perspective?

3. What ethical issues have come up during the past calendar year that can help the Board see how the leadership team responds to ethical dilemmas in the company, paying particular attention to the reputation lens, and to its actions in every community in which it operates;

4. Recommendations for continued communication and educational opportunities with the team and other stakeholders to let people know about the core ethical stance of the company.

Please prepare a PPT presentation that addresses the above concerns. Include a script for each slide of the PPT in author's notes that reflects what the presenter will cover in the presentation to the board. Be sure to include your citations on the appropriate slides, and references at the end of the presentation. As the Board would like to hear from the entire leadership team, please indicate in the presentation itself who is covering the required segments. If not all team members participate, all the questions must be answered anyway. A recommended approach might be to write a cohesive presentation where each team member answers questions 1-3 (see above) based a dilemma he or she has chosen from the EthicsGame. For example, if there are four team members, there will be four dilemmas chosen. Assure the team member who is addressing a particular dilemma is identified in the author's notes. For example, it may be prudent to list one dilemma per slide (reminder: there will be at least one dilemma chosen per team member), and in the author's notes, the presenter of that dilemma will answer questions 1-3 and the presenter for that slide is Page identified by name.

Then the team prepares one or two slides to answer Question 4, and each person on the team indicates what they will say about Question 4 in the author's notes for that (those) slides.

Be sure that the entire presentation is cohesive so that the board of directors cannot tell it was written by different people, other than the identification of the presenter in the author's notes.
