Pat's principal decided to call in the police to search the lockers of every student in the fifth and sixth grades on the theory that they were older and more likely to be involved in drugs than the other students. Chris knows that the older sibling of one of Pat's team members once smoked an illegal substance. Because Chris had a master key for all the school's lockers, Chris decided to search that team member's locker. Consider the constitutional issues and legal doctrines related to both searches.
