Write a 5 page paper examining the process of grief and bereavement, and then offer suggestions for coping strategies. Support your examination with at least 5 references from peer-reviewed journals.
Your examination should include the following:
What are the commonalities among people who grieve?
What differences are there in how people grieve?
Normal is a relative term when applied to grieving. Are there any expressions of guilt, from a psychological perspective, which might warrant attention?
What coping strategies and approaches have been proven effective in helping individuals struggling with bereavement overload?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
