As you may have concluded with our work thus far, the field of Human Resources is one of the most complex and it creates and sustains the foundation of every organization! Please post the most challenging aspect of the Human Resources field that you have encountered during our Course. What additional preparation will you do/do you feel that you need to insure that your skills are very strong in this identified area? How will this assist you in your career preparation and your current/eventual supervision of other employees? What are you leaving the course with in terms of ideas about how to secure a mentor or coach to help you in any employment concerns that you might eventually have at any time?
