• By 2020, what is the shortage of nurses projected to be?
• What are the causes of the nursing shortage?
• What is the result of the lack of nursing faculty?
• Check out the jobs available in five local hospitals. Explain whether they are looking for nurses.
• The five local hospital are Grady hospital, WellStar hospital, Emory hospital, Piedmont hospital and Kaiser hospital.
• In your opinion, has the nursing shortage been remedied and/or how should healthcare organizations solve the nursing shortage?
