II. The company QRV is in the process of designing their supply chain. As part of that, they have identified warehouse to be critical to their operation. III. Kofi an engineer at a logistics company was arguing with Svetlana a business analyst in a management consulting company. They were arguing about the role of technology and particularly robots after the COVID-19 pandemic. Kofi thinks that those without any skillset in technology will lose their job, Svetlana on the other hand is of the opinion that, it will not be the case as those lacking the skills can be trained. In your opinion what will be the role of technology in supply chains post COVID-19 era and what will be the impacts?
