There are various aspects of immunity from jurisdiction and state jurisdiction is often misunderstood with act of state and non justifiability is confused with it. Further, it tends to limit the scope of absolute immunity and reverting it to restrictive immunity. The concept of public international law and private international law is also perplexed.
