Task:
a) What are the advantages and disadvantages of job enlargement versus job rotation as motivation approaches?
b) Discuss how the core job characteristics could be applied to your current job (or one that you held in the past) to make it more motivating.
c) If you were able to engage in job crafting of your current job (or one that you held in the past), how would you re-design your job?
