If you were the CIO of a company, what procedures would you implement to ensure that recovery efforts brought back all critical data, including these easily-forgotten items?

3) When it comes to business stakeholders and IT personnel, most everyone agreed that it was important to ensure that communication between the two parties be fluid.
If you oversaw the BC/DR planning for your organization, how would you ensure that the intentions of the recovery and continuity plans were accurately communicated to business stakeholders?
