Discussion Post: How Do You Form A Team?
• What are some typical challenges that occur as a team develops?
• Which of these situations have you encountered when working with a team?
• How did you and other team members react in these situations? Based on what you learned, were those reactions appropriate? How would you respond if your supervisor asked you what it means to "strengthen a team"?
