You will give an informative briefing-an informational, instructional or training presentation. For example, if the company you work for develops a new product before you can sell it you have to understand it. So, a manager might share information about the new product in a briefing. Or, sometimes there are policy updates, like when the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) updates product safety guidelines, or the NFL updates its rules or policies, or the military adopts new security procedures. Another example might include when an organization asks employees to participate in training seminars - this can include training for new teachers about a new curriculum that is being adopted, new safety training for flight attendants or a seminar to improve certain skills (business communication, leadership skills, etc).
