Problem: Master Degree Paper for Public Administration
These papers provide an opportunity to apply course material to a question of concern in public administration. In each of these papers, you will be asked to take a position on an issue of concern and craft an argument to support your position. These papers will be evaluated on the logical consistency of your answer with your evidence and the quality of your evidence. These papers will be no less (note even a line) than 3 pages and no more than 5 pages (bibliography excluded).
Consider if you were a public administrator responsible for advising one of these mayors? What advice would you offer? What are some potential ethical issues to consider? What are the accountability concerns?
