Your reflection should include:

o How do you see yourself as a leader?
o What are some of your leadership strengths and weaknesses?
o Throughout your career what qualities in a leader have you found are most beneficial?
o Without naming the person, during your career, have you encountered an exceptional leader that has stood out amongst other leaders and what were those distinctive qualities?
o How do you foster teamwork and collaboration?
o Has there been a situation during your career when you made a communication error? If so, how did you resolve it?
o How would you resolve a conflict with a coworker, patient, or physician?
o Describe how you create a healthy work environment?
o How do you manage stress at work?
o How do you use critical thinking to influence decision-making? (you will have to prepare for this by looking up critical thinking skills)
o How has your leadership style changed because of the COVID-19 pandemic?
o What has been your greatest strength as a leader for your team during the pandemic?

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
