Discussion Post: Measuring Effectiveness of HR
Review the learning materials from class about HR metrics and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Then, conduct an independent search for information about how organizations can best measure the effectiveness of their HR practices, using metrics and HRIS. Consider the following questions:
• What are some of the most important or impactful measurements of HR effectiveness, and why?
• Are there any limits to what sort of information organizations can collect and store about their employees? How does privacy play a role in this?
