What are some of the feminist movement problems

Problem

First Wave:

Gender is a social construct rather than a biological destiny - Simone De Beauvoir

Second Wave:

Women are not equal but superior to men. Downplaying any feminine element in women including motherhood

Third Wave: Equality while embracing difference from men. Seeing the value in being a woman.

Men's reaction and loss of role and of manhood.

Women's reaction in terms of playing two roles rather than one - the house and the job.

The problems of equality in a world of social inequality - For example: Some argued that white educated women suffer less inequality than uneducated colored men.

From your prespective and based upon this week's lectures, what are some of the feminist movement problems that you can think of today? Do women or men still have problems under this new social system? What are some of these problems? How can they be resolved?
