Bruce Tuckman developed a theory through which he describes the team evolution process in four consecutive stages. Later a fifth stage was added, as an afterthought, which is imperative to project teams. That fifth stage is called "adjourning" which associates with project closure.
Carry out a desktop research on the said theory and offer your general thoughts about the application of the theory in projects. Also, each of the five teams will be assigned one of the five stages for a more in-depth investigation. Your presentation should, specifically, address the following aspects of the stage you are responsible of:
