(a) What are some of the barriers to "coachability" that you have observed among employees in your organization? Provide specific examples, and explain your rationale in detail. Be sure to indicate your career field and explain whether any of these barriers are specific to the career field. (You may discuss examples from either your current or former organization.)
(b) As a coach, how would you address these barriers in order to help people prepare their mind-sets for coaching?
