With your final project in mind and using what you have learned related to organizational culture; define the current culture of the organization you are studying. Identify areas that are working really well and note the areas that can use improvement. For those areas needing change, consider the key leadership qualities needed to lead your organization through change. What are some of the options needed to improve the culture problems (if any).
