What are some legal and ethical considerations with client

Problem:

She always appears anxious and doesn't want me to leave her. She misses her two brothers and her parents that died a long time back. She wants her clothes washed, but feels staff is lazy and doesn't meet her needs on time. Her back was hurting, but after she started taking tynol and drawing, she feels better. She mentioned to me about a guy at Valero harassing her and being inappropriate with her. She feels no one loves her. In the past, she felt her sister threw plates at her. Whenever I talk to her, she feels people are following her around. She told me that, she jumped off a roof a long time ago, when living at her sister's house. That is how she hurt her back. She keeps living in the past and is obsessed over a guy to the point, she thinks the peer who got discharged from clinic is her boyfriend. She would go to his room when he was at facility and have sex with him. He didn't want to have sex with her. One day, he pushed her out of his room. She believes he attacked her. She scratched her finger in front of me to the point her finger starting bleeding. During night shift, it was reported by staff that she throws chairs. She likes to color but is afraid due to being judged by people. Overall, she has gone through a lot.
