2. Class, e-mail is often used for informal reports. Is it legal for a company to monitor an employee's e-mail? Is it ethical?
3. What are some other drawbacks about using your work e-mail for personal reasons? For instance, is it possible for someone to access your organization's network, revise your document, pretend to be the author, and forward it? If so, is there any way to prevent that from happening?
4. We've discussed outlining and drafting, and now we're at the final stages of the writing process, revising and proofreading. What is the difference between revising and proofreading?
