Kotter (1995) in his article, Leading Change: Why Transformation Efforts Fail, provides eight steps to transforming an organization. Although all eight steps are necessary, choose one of the steps to discuss and answer the following questions:
1) Why do you feel this step is important?
2) What are some common pitfalls associated with this step?
3) How can organizations be more effective in implementing this step?
