ii. What motivates you to continue to pursue serving in the capacity of a Resident Assistant?
iii. What are some aspects of the Summer Resident Assistant position that you look forward to and what are some aspects that you may find challenging?
iv. What do you see as the needs of the department and what would you do as a Resident Assistant to meet those needs?
