Assignment:
The write-up should be based on an article from the Wall Street Journal or Bloomberg Business Week with student-provided analysis and reflection. Each article should be followed by the student's analysis of the situation discussed in the article including:
1) the key strategic issues,
(2) theory or models from course that help structure analysis of the information provided in the article,
(3) the student's original analysis of the situation (not a summary of the facts or analysis provided in the article!), and
(4) recommendations to the top management team of the company discussed in the article. The current event write-up should be no longer than 5 double space pages with minimum 11-point font.
