What are some of the meeting points between maritime law and human rights?
The reading is presenting a different point of security in Maritime law: Human Rights. There is an evolution of the international human rights regime and the development of human rights. The reading is focused on several issues. Some issues were discussed in previous weeks. We analyze them while we also focus on the human rights ramifications. In the post focus on two of the scenarios discussed in the article and identify the human rights challenges and the legal responses to them.
