Research Paper Assignment
Length: 3 to 5 pages.
You are to conduct research and write a three to five page paper on the following subject, "Why Do You Do What You Do?" and answer the following three questions:
i. What are the goals, mission, vision and values of your organization?
ii. Is the information available on public display so that all employees are aware?
iii. How is this information communicated to the organization's employees?
Finally, you are to develop an organizational chart listing all of the key leaders, their roles, and discuss how their responsibilities tie to the organization's mission, vision and values.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
