Brief summary of the client's history

Joe is a client /patient who live in a rural/ regional area. He is suffering with Parkinson's disease since 6 years having progressive deteriorating motor skills resulting in lack of performing the activities of daily living (ADLs) himself. The specialized health care services are not accessible. He is fully dependent on his wife and children for meeting the ADLs due to his high dependency for ADLs, himself-esteem is significantly affected as a result his personality traits is getting arrogant like extreme paranoia, not accepting himself as a patient, sitting reserved being extrovert; does not express his feelings, does. However, he needs specialist doctors' consultation for Parkinson's disease and progressing signs of psychosis and depression. On the other hand, he and his wife are getting pension benefits from the government and her daughter Talia is earning for the family expenses too. His family is family supportive family and financially medium. The family members have the feeling of love and responsibilities towards each other. But he needs some conducive environment to ventilate his feelings, emotions and including psychological counselling as soon as possible. Nevertheless, he needs extra love support and care. Even though Parkinson is not a disability but he needs other Insurance Scheme for the proper due to the costly health facilities. Hence, the community /area need some government hospital for the facility of the people.
