I need to narrow down the concept and research question. You could pick an element of counterterrorism (ie: decapitation campaigns), or a type of CT approach and reframe the question in terms of that or narrows down to a comparative case study of a sample a countries. Focusing on transnational terrorism is fine but you still need to be more precise, for example reframing the focus in terms of "rates of transnational terrorism" I am having a hard time coming up with a research question on decapitation campaigns and sources. Can you help m? My original research question Research question: What are the effects of counterterrorism efforts in the global arena on levels of international terrorism?
