As Coach has learned from working with hundreds of professional athletes, a player's potential has more to do with their character than their stats. With reference to the information presented about researching candidates, address these questions:
o What are the advantages and disadvantages of using social media as a research tool? What's one thing you would change in your social media presence if you were looking for a job, and why?
