Problem:
The date is 2500 AD. You are an archaeologist who has unearthed a hitherto unrecognised location of human activity from by 2250 AD. It seems from a thorough inspection of the area that this was the scene of a violent incident. You come across a particularly intriguing thing in the vast collection of physical artefacts that you believe was intended to destroy the natural world and/or biological life. In essence, you assert that you have found proof of a weapon that can reveal important information about the context and culture of fighting during a specific period in history.
The goal of this project is to investigate the weaponization process. Your task is to come up with an idea for anything that is found to be a weapon but isn't mentioned in the historical record. As a result, you cannot consider how present-day weaponry would be seen by human communities in the future. Instead, you should consider the kind of objects that may be used as weapons and what they reveal about the customs and methods of battle.
