What amount of emf will be induced in the loop

A loop of wire is made of some kind of elastic material that can shrink when released. Initially the interior portion of the loop has an area of 10.0 cm2. After release, the area of the loop begins shrinking at 1.0 cm2 per second.

a. If the loop is placed in an 0.27 T magnetic field that passes through it perpendicular to the area (that is, parallel to the "normal vector" of the surface), what amount of emf will be induced in the loop.

b. Suppose the wire is made of a material with resistivity of 5.0 × 105m, and has a diameter of 1.7 mm. If the magnetic ?eld is directed out of the page, calculate the current flowing through the loop (both magnitude and direction) just as it begins to shrink. Explain your choice for the direction.
