Which business structure is the best approach for you and your business? Which type of business entity would you choose if your primary concern was protecting your personal assets? Explain. What alternative business entity would you consider and why? Which is the best approach for you and your business? Explain. Include the following:
• A brief description of your proposed business including whether it is a service or retail organization and whether your customers will be individuals or businesses
• A chart showing the advantages and disadvantages of each business structure as it applies to you and your business.
• An evaluation of the various choices available as it applies to your business.
• A critique of your choice of structure.
