What allocation principles should guide resource distribution at the micro-, meso-, and macroallocation levels? Provide justification for your response, describing and applying at least two principles per level (You're welcome to use the same principles for multiple allocation levels, as long as you provide justification for your choices). How would you address the known ethical challenges to each of your chosen principles? Refer to the resource allocation principles in Sections 4.4.1 - 4.4.3 of Chapter 4 from the Butkus text.
