Problem
At the end of Year 10, Stacey's school holds a careers fair where a successful chef, Pierre, offers Stacey an apprenticeship for 3 years. Stacey is so excited that she fills out all the paperwork and signs the contract on the spot without reading it. The contract clearly states that Stacey cannot work for any other chef during the apprenticeship period.
One year passes before the relationship between Stacey and Pierre begins to deteriorate. Stacey is taking a lot of time off work and Pierre suspects this is to exploit other opportunities with local restaurants. Stacey will turn 18 in 6 months and Pierre is relying on her to complete the 3-year contract term.
