What advice and guidance business ethics chapter provide

Assignment task: Business ethics Chapter 15 of Hill, Just Business.

Dave and Bonnie Wells are the proud parents of two children, ages twelve and ten. Dave is an accountant and Bonnie is a schoolteacher. Both work hard and are involved in numerous church and charitable causes. Dave's uncle recently died, leaving him an acre of land near a resort lake, along with sufficient funds to build a modest cabin.

Bonnie and the children think that building a cabin is a great idea, but Dave feels uncomfortable having a second residence when so many people do not even have one. Further, he is troubled by the two-hour drive each way, particularly about the extra carbon dioxide the family car will emit. Bonnie counters by pointing out that the children are perfect ages to enjoy water sports. Further, she argues, they need more family time, and the old contractor who lives near the lake is underemployed.
