Discussion Post: Non-State Organization
I. Identify a non-state actor/organization of interest to you. It should fit within one of the course units (e.g. religious group, city, IO, NGO, terrorist org)
II. The thesis of the paper should be how that actor impacts international politics. What forms of power does it exercise? What makes it relevant? How does it interact with other structures of global governance? Make an argument using course material!
III. Review the history/origins of the actor, its structure and current relevance.
IV. How might this actor evolve in the future? What additional pressing questions should future research examine?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
