Case Study
Read the "Nightingale Project- A" case. After reading the case, answer the following questions:
· Will the project as planned meet the October 25th deadline? Why, or why not? What schedule compression techniques would you use?
· What activities lie on the critical path?
· How sensitive is this network? You will need to identify your own thoughts and cite specific passages from the case study to support your point of view.
