Journal Problem: Managing Employee Turnover
After completing the module readings, you will think about what you have read and pull upon any HR experience you may have. Then, in your own words, write one or two paragraphs answering the following question: If you became a new manager at a restaurant with high employee turnover, what actions would you take to increase employee retention?
