As a result of this change of era, we are going through a revolution of mentalities, which creates a new type of cultures and a new type of spirituality. For this reason, let us propose a spirituality within the framework of this change of era; a spirituality that starts from the everyday, of the existential and of the concrete; a spirituality from the new sensibilities of young people; a spirituality that appears as a way of being and as a life project.
