What accommodations needed for interview and potential hire

Problem: Lindsey Woods has been legally blind all of her life. She is able to function quite well in the world and is confident in her abilities. When a customer service representation job came open in her area, she applied because she is qualified for the job requirements. The HR department called to invite Lindsey to a job interview. It was then, that Lindsey acknowledged her blindness. The HR representative welcomed the opportunity to interview her because, in fact, the company had previously thought about hiring individuals with disabilities to fill the hard-to-fill positions. HR had learned of another company have great success hiring individuals in customer service positions, even when having visual impairments. A date was set for the interview. Now, HR must consider what accommodations will be needed for both the interview and the potential hire
