Weights of the beam distributed on the pillars

Problem- Building office room. Length 10m, width 8m, height 4m. four pillars support four beam. the beams should have least deflection under their own weights. the walls need to be built from materials that offer least rate of heat transfer between inside and outside.

Question:

a. suggest what materieals should i use for wall so those have lowest heat transfer rate? and calculate the rate of heat transfer to convince your choice is the best. then calculate the amount of heat transferred for one hour on typical summer day.

b. how are the weights of the beam distributed on the pillars. calculate the weight distribution.

c. how much each beam bends due to its own weight and how much each pillar compress due to its own weight and how much each pillar compress due to its own weight and the weight of the beam it is carrying. calculate the bending and compression.
